  1. Some battles are won a lot easier than others. I can assure you if it was easy to overcome an addiction there would not be so many broken homes, people, lives, and hearts. My addiction was with alcohol and cigarettes but thankfully with God’s help, my doctor’s help and my commitment to break the chains, I have been free for 13 weeks now!!! Whatever your addiction is, there is help out there and please do not beat yourself up if you don’t succeed the first time..

  2. It is all a matter of self control and strong will power to fight any kind of addiction. If a person changes his way of thinking in approaching a problem, he/she can easily fight the problem and come out successful. Nobody in the world can change you but you yourself alone.

  3. I got nil, extremely not anything from my betting. I lost two homes, my job, my investments, retirement funds and my liberty. Betting took gone my very spirit. I dedicated a crime to support my addiction and today I am free from this way of live and have turned my life approximately.

  4. gambling is nothing but a disease, and a hard to cure one! I think it is an addiction just like the one of drugs, some times you may win some money but on the other side you loose too much things, not just your money…

  5. you’re right bullbshop! gambling would never make a person rich. Instead, he’s being lured by false psychological effect in winning any gambling games, in fact, that person is the loser!

  6. Thank you for the information. I am interested in gambling addictions treatment and here I have found info that I can use.

  7. I got nothing, absolutely nothing from my gambling. I lost two homes, my job, my savings, retirement funds and my freedom. Gambling took away my very soul. I committed a crime to support my addiction and today I am free from this way of live and have turned my life around.

  8. Gambling doesn’t stop because it is a kind of rush of adrenaline. These days, it is easier to find it on internet casinos and researchers might want to target online gambling in future studies!

  9. Thank you. This topic about how to find free medical treatment for gambling is wonderfull. I love this site and I will share this page :=)

  10. Gambling doesn’t stop because it is a kind of rush of adrenaline. These days, it is easier to find it on internet casinos and researchers might want to target online gambling in future studies!

  11. I agree on the comment above: there is no responsible gambling for people who have predisposition for gambling addiction. It’s such a type of personality that doesn’t know when to stop. Normally, those people are very good businessmen and adventures. If they are not realized in their jobs, they might find gambling to compensate it.

  12. Definitely agree with Jane here…..there is no such thing as responsible anything when it comes to addictions. Whether it be alcohol, drugs, gambling, eating, whatever…..you can’t be “responsible” about anything related to any of these things.

  13. The government talks about ‘responsible gaming’ it is like saying ‘responsible crack use’. If you think you have a problem with gambling, you do.
